just an fyi to all new fitblrs: RUNNING IS NOT THE ONLY THING THAT CAN GET YOU IN SHAPE. IT IS NOT THE ONLY EXERCISE OUT THERE. DON’T LET ALL THESE RUNNING POST INTIMIDATE YOU INTO RUNNING IF YOU DON’T WANT TO. EXERCISE HOW YOU WANT TO.

but also if you do run, that’s cool too.

Dance. Do Zumba. Do yoga. Jump rope. Go for long walks. Take a kickboxing class. Do stuff like Bodypump. Get into martial arts.

The list is endless.
