All runners are tough. Everyone has to have a little fire in them, that even in tough times, can’t be turned off.

Your life won’t end if you gain 10 pounds, nor will it begin if you lose 20. So go eat a cookie and get living.
When you’re training you get up every morning; you prepare your mind and body for what lies ahead. Then you work your ass off every single day (100%). Give your body the nutrition it needs to perform well, and you rest when you need to. The only person that’s accountable for how well you perform is YOU.
