Dance. Do Zumba. Do yoga. Jump rope. Go for long walks. Take a kickboxing class. Do stuff like Bodypump. Get into martial arts.
The list is endless.

Ahh, I hate things like this, because fitness should be about what makes you HAPPY. I love to run, I hate to lift, so why on earth would I choose to lift if I don’t like it? Let people do what they want to stay healthy without criticism. Lift heavy, only do cardio, maybe just stick to yoga, or walks in the park with your dog. Don’t run only because you’re afraid of getting bulky, and don’t lift just because you’re pressured to do so. You do what makes you happy and what you enjoy.
Yeah, I think this was less about preferences and more about shooting down some of those weird fitness myths that like to keep circulating.
I enjoy both but love cardio more.
